The Brief

Business, but
make it beautiful

A product reveal is not a meeting. A board dinner is not a lunch. At Aura, corporate evenings are staged with the same care as premieres — a river-plate setting, a discreet production team and a table built to make your message the headline.

From product launches to close-of-year rewards, we host your people the way they should be hosted — impeccably, on schedule, and memorably.

They staged our product launch like a premiere — the deck ran perfectly, the room was ours, and a client who never stays past the first course stayed for the whole night.

Corporate questions

Product launches, client dinners and team evenings. Capacity, production, branding and the practical side of running an event on the river.

We host twenty to one hundred and fifty standing, and up to fourteen seated at the long table. For anything larger we take the whole venue, which gives you the terrace, the bar and the river frontage entirely to yourself. Numbers are confirmed in the proposal once we know the format of the evening.

In house we have a presentation screen, a PA with handheld and lapel microphones, and reliable wifi for presentations. Anything larger — staging, LED walls, rigging or a full production crew — we arrange through a curated local supplier and manage the timeline on the day so your team arrives to a room that is ready to run.

Yes. Send print-ready artwork and we will handle the physical pieces — step-and-repeat, table cards, menu inserts and directional signage — placed before your guests arrive. Digital screens can also carry your branding for the duration of the event. We ask for artwork at least seven days out so the print run is never the thing holding you up.

We quote per head, itemised, with canapés or a seated menu, a drinks package and the production items you need, so every line is visible. Once you approve, a twenty-five percent deposit confirms the date and the balance is settled on the night. You will have a written proposal within one business day of your enquiry.
